Our legacy stack, built around monolithic databases and SOAP APIs, has served us well but lacks the agility required in today’s fast-paced environment. With the adoption of serverless principles—using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3, and API Gateway—we are transitioning to a cloud-native architecture. This not only reduces operational overhead but also empowers us to scale elastically, deploy rapidly, and support multi-tenancy and regionality efficiently.

We’ve adopted a developer-first approach, where coding happens in secure cloud-based workspaces using Coder.com, ensuring consistency and enabling seamless collaboration across teams globally. AI-powered tools enhance our software delivery by automating mundane tasks, identifying code improvements, and boosting developer productivity.
A shift-left mindset underpins our delivery processes, integrating automated testing and security checks at every stage of development. Our release process is now fully automated, enabling continuous deployment with confidence.
