Fidoo offers smart expense management to businesses who want to cut the cost of admin. Clients and their employees can pay for their business expenses with a prepaid Fidoo corporate card, upload photos of receipts to a smart mobile app, and then effortlessly send them for approval. It’s all in one place, easy to use – and even better, there’s no paperwork.
We became the Czech-based business’s issuer processor in 2017, and quickly helped them dominate their domestic market by offering greater control over their card usage. Their clients were soon able to limit where cards could be used by blocking usage for certain Merchant Category Codes; and could also add different spending limits to each card.
This unrivalled control over its card programme created the opportunity for Fidoo to expand further into the European market. The next step was to become fully compliant with new payment and security regulations – but first, Fidoo needed to migrate to a new issuer.
We helped Fidoo to meet the latest PSD2 regulations, which set out strict security requirements to protect consumers' financial data, as well as implementing 3D Secure fraud technology.
These steps kept services running smoothly, and avoided any financial penalties for non-compliance. When a new issuer was suddenly required, we made the migration process seamless, without any disruption to operations or service quality.
Once the business had stabilised, Fidoo set its sights on EU growth. We therefore supported their preparations with product enhancements, including better visibility of different currencies and exchange rates, to make expansion to new markets more appealing.
With help from our successful partnership, Fidoo now makes businesses expense management quick and easy, for over 900 customers and counting.
