  • Patricia Haynes, Thredd’s new Senior Vice President of Platform, is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in highly regulated global environments and scaling up technology operations. Patricia previously served as VP of Technology Operations and Delivery at Zopa, where she led risk management and process improvements, and Senior Director of Software Engineering at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, spearheading AML and compliance technology initiatives. Her passion for building dynamic teams and fostering innovation will ensure Thredd’s platform capabilities remain robust, scalable, and responsive to evolving market demands.

A proven leader with a track record of success in both public and private sectors, Hazel was most recently with Citi, heading APAC Commercial Cards Travel Products. Prior to that, she held prominent roles at American Express, where she received multiple accolades, including the President's Club “Global Leadership” Award and GCS Singapore Best Leader Award. Her strategic insight and extensive network in APAC will enhance Thredd’s regional client success initiatives.

He was previously General Manager of Credit Cards at Paceline and held key roles at Railsr, where he served as Global Head of Servicing & Collections. His leadership has shaped high-performing teams in underwriting, collections, and customer service, and his expertise will drive Thredd’s credit product expansion and operational excellence.

  • Diwakar Patwal has joined Thredd as Vice President of Data and AI, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning and management consulting. He has held senior roles at Natwest, Barclays, Ernst and Young, and IBM working in financial services, logistics and utilities internationally.
